About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Growth Manager to lead our expansion strategy in Europe. This is a strategic role where you'll drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and shape the future of PONS in one of our most important markets.
You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify new opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with key accounts. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a growing legal tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- • Develop and execute growth strategies for the European market
- • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- • Manage and grow key customer relationships
- • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective GTM strategies
- • Track and analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- • Report on growth metrics and provide strategic recommendations
Required Experience
- • 5+ years of experience in business development, growth, or similar roles
- • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
- • Experience in the SaaS or legal tech space is a plus
- • Strong understanding of European markets and regulatory landscape
- • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
